I provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to associate social workers or other mental health professionals working toward licensure. I will ensure supervisees provide ethical and effective client care; case consultation – reviewing cases, offering insights, and helping supervisees navigate complex client issues; skill development – enhancing clinical skills, therapeutic interventions and professional growth; ethical & legal guidance – ensuring adherence to state laws licensing regulations, and professional ehtical standards; supervision documentation – tracking and signing off on required supervision hours for licensure; support & professional growth – offering emotional support and career guidance to supervisees.
